Please be aware that a contract with our service will only be established once Your Advice Hub has accepted your order. While it is rare, there may be instances where we refuse an order without prior notice. However, we will inform you within 24 hours of your order if this occurs.

All prices listed on the Your Advice Hub website are subject to change without prior notice, and we cannot be held liable for any such changes. If our prices change after you have placed an order, the price at the time of your purchase will be applicable. Please note that if our prices decrease and you have placed an order within seven days of this change, we are unable to refund you the difference, as orders must be placed within any promotional period.

 ORDERING WITH YOUR ADVICE HUB

To fulfil your order, we require personal information regarding your service requirements. This includes contact details and specific case information such as housing, benefits, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), form-filling, advocacy, as well as career-related information such as education and employment history. If any of this information is not readily available from your order or pre-booked consultation, we will reach out to you to gather the necessary details. In cases where only a small amount of information is missing, we will highlight this when returning your completed order.

To initiate your order, Your Advice Hub requires payment in advance. This can be done through our online merchant service providers, Stripe or PayPal, or any other payment merchant that we consider suitable. If you prefer to use alternative payment methods, don't hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss the options.

If you happen to place an incorrect order, such as selecting the wrong type of Product and Services or CV Writing or LPA package, we will notify you and make arrangements to settle any difference in cost. If you decide not to proceed at that point, we will provide a full refund.

In cases where the complexity of your order or resource limitations may cause a delay beyond the agreed turnaround time, we will contact you to discuss the situation and determine any necessary actions.

After placing your order with us, we may need to communicate with you through a telephone call, WhatsApp, online video chat, or email questionnaire to gather all the necessary information. The turnaround time for your order will begin once we have received all the required information. Once received, we will proceed to work on your specific case (housing, benefits, advocacy, form-filling, or LPA) or write your CV based on the information provided. If any existing content is suitable, we will incorporate it into your Product and Services task or the new CV. Your case documents or CV will be delivered to you in Microsoft Word and PDF format via the email address provided during the order placement. If any information is missing, we will be unable to send your completed documents or CV in Microsoft Word and PDF format. However, if you provide the missing information to Your Advice Hub, we will gladly arrange for a Microsoft Word and PDF version to be sent to you within 72 hours.

We strongly advise you to regularly check your junk or spam folder throughout the completion process of your order. We cannot be held responsible if an order is sent but not received due to it being perceived as spam. Any additional Products and Services related to housing, benefits, advocacy, form-filling, LPA, or career and CV writing that you have ordered, such as housing, benefits, LPA files, or a social media profile, will be included with your completed order. The only exception is copy packs, which will be sent to you by recorded delivery and first class through Royal Mail within 48 hours of your CV being confirmed as final.

Upon receipt of your order, we will assume it is finalised unless you inform us otherwise regarding any necessary modifications or additional assistance. To ensure efficiency, we suggest outlining the required adjustments in an email and sending it to customerservice@youradvicehub.co.uk. Once we receive your email, we will assess whether your adjustments need to be reconsidered based on our expertise. Our goal is to complete any requested adjustments within four days. If you prefer a quicker turnaround, please inform us so that we can prioritise your adjustments. If the adjustments are minimal, such as a few sentences or pages of your specific form, we recommend completing the form or adjusting your CV and sending it to us for review and recommendations.

Please note that our services are provided in good faith by experienced professional advisors and CV writers. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the implementation of our advice.


 COMPLAINTS

Your Advice Hub will make every effort to address all forms of communication, including complaints, within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days from the time of receipt. Please note that complaints must be submitted in writing, as our telephone staff are not authorised to handle such matters.

If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, we encourage the involvement of a respected and mutually agreed independent third party for arbitration.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint or grievance regarding your order with Your Advice Hub, please contact us via email at customerservice@youradvicehub.co.uk. Once we receive your complaint, we will conduct an investigation and respond within 7 (seven) working days.


 DELIVERY DOCUMENT FORMAT

Your Advice Hub wants to emphasise that during the drafting process, we will provide our clients with PDF and Microsoft Word 2019 files. We understand that compatibility issues may arise due to different computer setups, and we will make efforts to assist with these issues. However, we want to clarify that we cannot be held accountable for any problems related to compatibility.

If there are compatibility issues, we will try to offer alternative formats that may be more suitable for our clients. However, it is important to note that IT support is not our area of expertise. If we are unable to find a solution to the compatibility problem, we recommend seeking professional IT support at the client's own expense.

We want to make it clear that we do not create editable documents in Apple Pages, Google Docs, or any other format besides Microsoft Word. We specialise in providing PDF and Microsoft Word 2019 files to our clients.


OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TURNAROUND TIME

Please note that our turnaround times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Once you place an order and activate your project, an advisor or CV writer will be assigned to you within two business days. They will reach out to you through our platform to schedule a consultation call at a mutually convenient time.

Our standard turnaround time for completing your project is between three to seven business days from the day of your consultation call, not from the day of your order. We do not begin working on new projects until after the consultation call or online chat has taken place. This allows us to fully understand your requirements before starting work on your specific project(s).

Consultation calls are typically scheduled for the following business day after your project is assigned, although this may not always be possible during busy periods. If you are unable to attend the consultation call, it may result in a delay in delivering your first drafts. We aim to complete revisions within two business days of your request.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for missed application deadlines as each client's requirements and the time needed to perfect their documents may vary. We recommend engaging our services at least ten business days before your application deadline. Please be aware that no refunds will be given for missed deadlines.

Our turnaround times are based on average values and may be longer during busier periods. The turnaround time begins once we have collected all the necessary information from you, not from the time the order is placed. If we anticipate that we may exceed the agreed turnaround time during a busy period, we will contact you to discuss the situation and agree on any necessary actions.

If your order is complex and may cause us to exceed the agreed turnaround time, we will reach out to you to discuss and establish a new timeframe. Please be aware that Your Advice Hub cannot be held responsible for any difficulties or inconveniences experienced by the customer if we are unable to meet our average turnaround time. Refunds will not be issued in such situations.

For the fastest delivery, we recommend considering our express service option. This service can be requested through our advisors and is typically completed within 48 hours. It is important to note that this timeframe is average and begins from the moment we receive all necessary information.


PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROJECT COMPLETION

Our team of expert advisors and CV writers will continue working with you until you are completely satisfied with the completion of your case or the final drafts of your CV, with no time limit (this applies ONLY to unlimited CV revision). Once you are satisfied, we kindly request that you mark the project as complete on our platform. This allows us to effectively manage the workload of our advisors and writers.

Please note that if you fail to mark your project as complete or send an email indicating its completion, our platform, supervisors, or managers will automatically close the project after 14 days of inactivity. In such cases, we will assume that the case files and/or drafts submitted have met your satisfaction. However, if you wish to reopen the project, you may do so at the discretion of your advisors or the manager of your CV writer, depending on their current workload.

Please be aware that projects that remain inactive for 30 days will not be reopened and will be considered completed, provided that the initial drafts of the ordered documents have been submitted by your advisors or CV writers. It is important for you, as the client, to provide timely feedback.


OUR LINKEDIN PROFILE CV SERVICE

Our LinkedIn Profile Writing service includes delivering a document file that consists of a comprehensive write-up of all the different sections of a LinkedIn Profile. This file can be conveniently copied and pasted into your live profile.

Please note that we do not handle logging in or creating profiles on behalf of our clients. This precautionary measure is taken to safeguard your personal information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Our goal is to finalise the optimisation of your LinkedIn profile within 3 to 7 business days after you have approved the completion of your CV.


PRODUCTS AND SERVICES REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

At Your Advice Hub, we offer a range of professional services including advice and guidance, advocacy, form-filling, LPA, and career and CV writing. Please note that once you have purchased any of our Products and Services, there is no trial or grace period. We dedicate a significant amount of time and effort to critique, research, draft, write, and proofread your documents. You are essentially purchasing our time and expertise rather than a physical product. As our services are tailored and personalized, we are unable to provide full refunds once your project has been assigned to an advisor or CV writer. However, if you decide to cancel your order before your project has been assigned, we will refund the full amount minus 20% for payment processing and administrative costs.

If you decide to cancel your order during the drafting process, please get in touch with your advisor or CV writer as soon as possible. They will provide you with an update on the number of hours they have dedicated to your project thus far, and we will bill you for the work that has already been completed at a rate of £40 per hour.

If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the initial drafts of your documents, we will not offer a refund unless we have violated our terms and conditions. However, we will continue working on your project until you are completely satisfied or assign it to another professional if necessary.

Please note that we will not issue any monetary refunds after 60 days from the date of your order placement. If our Chief Financial Officer approves a refund for an order placed more than 60 days ago, it will be provided in the form of a credit voucher. This voucher can be redeemed on our website and has no expiration date.

It is important to note that the completion of your case application, document, letter, or CV will require multiple drafts and revisions before the final product is ready. Our professional recommendation is to strictly adhere to this maximum length. However, if you require a lengthier CV, such as a Mid-management and Executive and C-Suite CV for professions like lawyers, medical practitioners, managers or business owners, an additional fee will be applicable to cover the variance between a standard CV rate, Mid-management and Executive and C-Suite CV.

 

CONSULTATIONS VIA PHONE AND VIDEO CHAT

Our team of expert Advice and Guidance advisors and Career and CV writers is involved in various projects and collaborates with numerous clients. To maintain the integrity of each project throughout its lifecycle, it is essential to schedule phone consultations with you at specific times.
